Bruery Terreux & Garage Project Collaborate Ngongo

A new collaboration between Bruery Terreux and New Zealand-based Garage Project is named after the the Māori word for both nectar and honey.

Ngongo is a 7.2 percent ABV oak foeder-aged saison brewed with chamomile, lemon balm and wildflower honey from New Zealand and bottle conditioned with wildflower honey from California. The new ale is the latest release in Bruery Terreux’s Foeders with Friends Series, which includes collaboration beers aged in foeders.
