The Bruery 7 Swans A Swimming

The Rue's brewery business in Orange County is named The Bruery, and from there runs rivers of experimental and barrel aged beers of stunning depth of character.

Their river plays host to the first of this Christmas' cheer, and the next in their 12 Beers of Christmas series of Winter Seasonal ales with the eagerly anticipated "Seven Swans A Swimming".

'Tis (almost) the season to be jolly, and we dare you not to when you crack the top off this bottled brew. It's a Belgian style, Quadruple beer, that comes in at a weighty 11%. It is rich, full of body. Malty, strong, and boldly flavored It is well balanced. Deep brown, slightly garnet hued, it pours with a creamy froth.
