Bootlegger’s Knuckle Sandwich DIPA
(Double India Pale Ale)
Appearance: Pours a yellow gold with a nice amber tint. Has an eggshell, fluffy white head.
Aroma: (simcoe?) and peaches.
Taste: Peach, piney with a bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Sticky with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Delicious fruity bitter awesomeness. Bootleggers is on a roll! EDIT — Had it a month later via growler fill, and it was even better. Big bitterness alongside of peach and mango.
