Alpha Omega Napa Valley Chardonnay

Alpha Omega Winery Napa Valley Chardonnay is a naturally sparkling white wine, made from a blend of six different strains of Chardonnay grape which harmoniously create an elegant and sophisticated drink.

Naturally fermented in oak, it is unfined and unfiltered. Regular stirring during fermentation creates a great balance and the wine is then aged for 22 months Before bottling. throughout ageing, it is held first in new French oak barrels, and then decanted to spend the remaining time in casks that are 1-2 years old. The oak casks infusing the wine further with greater depth and intrigue.

The six grape strains each bringing unique characteristics give this wine many interesting layers. It is a bright, pale straw gold in the glass, with gorgeous floral fresh aromas and the taste of sun ripened apricots, of lemon and lime, sweet pineapple, whilst underneath there is a gentle and fragrant clove spice.
