Woodinville Port Finished Bourbon is a testament to the artistry of whiskey-making. Beginning with our fully matured 5-year straight bourbon, we carefully transfer it into Ruby Port barrels for an additional 6 months of aging.

This unique process infuses the bourbon with the rich flavors of the port barrels, adding delightful notes of fruitiness and chocolate to the already complex bourbon profile. The result is a beautifully balanced and flavorful whiskey that exemplifies the best of both bourbon and port aging techniques.

TASTING NOTES

The Port finishing process adds a viscous mouthfeel with notes of candied cherry, dried plums, berries and chocolate on top of the traditional bourbon flavor characteristics.
