New Holland Dragon's Milk Origin Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey

Dragon's Milk is a small batch bourbon whiskey aged in freshly dumped barrels and finished with the addition of charred vanilla beans. These unique, one-off barrels were hand selected by Master Distiller Jason and our brewmaster for their bold characteristics, creating an extremely limited, but amazingly delicious new whiskey.

Dragon's Milk is a barrel-aged imperial stout blended with rich flavors of mild molasses, vanilla and graham crackers. Full-bodied and smooth, Dragon's Milk is approachable while maintaining an intensity that only comes from barrel aging. Like its namesake, it's a sipping beer fit for a king.

TASTING NOTES

Deep aromas of toasted oak and sweet vanilla. On the palate, there's a harmonious blend of warm caramel, hints of spicy rye, and dark fruits. The finish is long, smooth, and warming, with resonating bourbon sweetness.
