The Siete Misterios Pechuga is a rare release and hard to find wine. The mescal is made in small batches and only released in 500 liters a year. Hand milled and triple distilled; a raw chicken breast is hung over the vessel for the vapors to mix with the scents and flavors. Spices and fruit are added during the third distillation.

Every bottle is made by a different person allowing each bottle to hold a different value in every sense from the flavors, the agave, and the ABV. The Siete Misterios Pechuga holds a slight sweetness from the fruits and is a must try for any wine enthusiast.
